(“MAC Group,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides online services that allow homeowner associations, residents, and authorized users to access community information, communicate with management, submit requests, and manage association-related activities through our websites, portals, and communication systems (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Services.

- Are authorized to access the Association’s portal

MAC Group may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.
4. Communications and SMS Messaging
By providing your contact information, including your mobile phone number, you consent to receive communications from MAC Group related to your Association.
These communications may include:
- Account notifications
- Maintenance updates
- Community announcements
- Responses to inquiries
- Service alerts
SMS Messaging
By opting into SMS messages through registration, web forms, or other communication channels, you agree to receive text messages from MAC Group Management Co.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.

5. User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Post or transmit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or harmful content

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
MAC Group may suspend or terminate access for violations.
6. Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
You agree to:

- Notify MAC Group immediately of unauthorized account use
- Ensure your account information remains accurate and current
MAC Group is not responsible for losses resulting from compromised credentials.
7. Service Availability
MAC Group makes reasonable efforts to maintain service availability. However, the Services may be interrupted due to:
- System maintenance
- Network outages
- Technical issues
- Third-party service disruptions
MAC Group does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
8. Fees and Billing
Some Services may require payment by the Association.
Billing terms, pricing, and subscription fees are governed by the management agreement between MAC Group and the Association.
Failure to maintain required payments may result in suspension of services.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services.
MAC Group does not control or endorse these third parties and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or operations.
Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
10. Intellectual Property
All software, design, text, graphics, and other content associated with the Services are owned by MAC Group or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit the Services without written permission.
11. Termination of Access
MAC Group may suspend or terminate access to the Services if a user:
- Violates these Terms
- Engages in fraudulent or abusive conduct
- Attempts unauthorized system access
- Uses the Services in a way that harms other users or the Association
Termination may occur with or without prior notice.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
MAC Group makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
- Service availability
- Accuracy of information
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
Use of the Services is at your own risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAC Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Services.
14. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless MAC Group and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Violation of these Terms
- Misuse of the Services
- Violation of applicable laws

Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
